Data Fight Central
For Fighters

Be findable
when the call comes.

Most fights are lost before the walkout — they're lost because nobody could find you. A matchmaker had a slot at 71kg, southpaw, willing to travel, ten days out. You were exactly that. They rang someone else, because someone else was in a spreadsheet and you weren't.

DFC is that spreadsheet, done properly. Your profile is free, forever.

What your profile actually stores

Not a bio and a photo. A structured record a matchmaker can filter on. Every field below is a real field in the DFC fighter record — this is what a promoter's search runs against.

GroupWhat you fill inWhy a promoter cares
IdentityName, nickname, nationality, gender, date of birth, photo, cover, socialsPoster art and promotion. Age brackets for sanctioning.
PhysicalWeight class, height, reach, stance (orthodox / southpaw / switch)Reach and stance are half of a good matchup. Southpaws are always in demand.
RecordWins, losses, draws, no-contests, KOs, submissionsFinish rate, not just the W–L. A 6–4 with 5 KOs sells better than an 8–2 decision merchant.
CampCurrent gym, current coach, previous gymsWho vouches for you. Also stops matchmakers pairing training partners.
LocationCity, state, country, map position, max travel distanceThe single biggest filter. "Who can be in Adelaide by Friday?"
AvailabilityAvailable / negotiating / booked / unavailable, plus your available-from and available-until datesA matchmaker will not ring a fighter marked booked. Keep it current and you get the calls.
TermsPreferred weight classes, preferred opponent styles, willing to travel, minimum purseFilters out the offers that waste your time — and stops lowballing before it starts.
ControlBlocked opponents, comments on/off, Q&A on/offYour profile, your boundaries. You can hide your purse floor from public view.
Your data, plainly: your record and weight class are public — that's the point of a directory. Your minimum purse, phone and email are not public; they're only released into a negotiation you've opened. We do not sell fighter data to anyone, ever.

How a promoter finds you at 11pm on a Tuesday

Someone pulls out. The card has a hole in it. Historically that's a night of phone calls and a favour owed. On DFC it's a filtered search.

A

Last-minute replacement

Filter: weight class, available now, within X km of the venue, purse floor under the slot's budget, not blocked, not a training partner. Ranked by how recently they competed and their finish rate. Minutes, not a night.

B

Best-possible matchup

Style-vs-style, stance clash, reach differential, records within a competitive band, and both fighters' stated preferences. It suggests the fair fight — the one that doesn't get a promoter's licence looked at.

C

The one that goes viral

Same filters, weighted differently: momentum, recent reach, and the story — hometown derby, rematch, unbeaten vs unbeaten, southpaw puzzle. The fight people argue about in the comments.

It works in both directions. Promoters post open bout slots on their card — weight, date, purse, venue. You see them, and you apply directly. No manager required, no gatekeeper, no "we'll let you know." Every application is timestamped and every answer is on the record.

What we won't pretend: DFC does not make matches and does not sanction fights. We surface candidates and carry the messages. The promoter, the commission and the medicals decide whether a fight happens — exactly as they should. An algorithm has never taken a punch.

A ranking you can actually climb

Combat sports rankings are famously political. Ours is arithmetic, and the arithmetic is published. Three inputs, all of them things you control:

1

Record

Win ratio, weighted by how you finish. Activity counts — a fighter who competes three times a year outranks a same-record fighter who competed once.

2

Momentum

This period against your last. Rising beats plateaued. It's why a 4–3 prospect on a three-fight run can pass a stalled 9–2.

3

Reach & hype

Engagement rate against your audience size, decayed by how long since you were last active. Rate, not raw follower count — so a local fighter with a loyal 2,000 isn't buried by a dormant 200,000.

Three rules we hold ourselves to. One: you cannot buy a ranking. No sponsorship, subscription or ad spend moves the number — the inputs are record, momentum and reach, full stop. Two: rankings are within a weight class and a sport; we don't publish a fantasy pound-for-pound list. Three: we will never publish a negative claim about a named fighter that isn't their own verified record. A loss is a fact. Everything else is defamation risk, and we're not doing that to anybody's career.

The fighter never pays to be seen.

Fighters are the reason anyone opens this platform. Charging you to be visible would be backwards, so we don't. The platform is paid for by the people selling to the audience you bring — never by you.

Full pricing is published when we launch. The principle behind it won't change: the fighter comes first, fans only ever pay for what they choose to watch, and the businesses reaching your audience carry the cost.

When you do earn from a fight or a sponsorship through DFC, the money moves through your own connected payout account. We never hold your purse. We can't — the platform is built so funds don't sit with us.

Four things, ten minutes

1

Claim the profile

Name, weight class, sport, city. That alone puts you in the search.

2

Put the record in

Wins, losses, draws, KOs, subs. Honestly — it gets checked against event results.

3

Set your terms

Travel radius, purse floor, available-from date. This is what stops time-wasting offers.

4

Keep availability current

The single highest-value thing you can do. Matchmakers filter it first.
